The North Centennial Seniors Association of Winnipeg (NCSA) is a registered non-profit organization which provides a social, fun fitness and healthy environment for our members. The NCSA is located within Sergeant Tommy Prince Place (formerly the North Centennial Pool and Recreation Facility), 86 Sinclair Street, Winnipeg (at the corner of Dufferin & Sinclair).
Member activities include chair and mat exercises, aqua fitness in the pool, painting classes, library, presentations on health-related topics, travelogues, etc. We also have hot dog days, potlucks, lunches, and bingo to meet and socialise.
Interested NCSA members have a volunteer opportunity to be partnered with children in pool activities to foster senior youth connections in the Grandma and Grandpa Swim Program.
